1 month 2 weeks 1 day

    This morning I had planned on getting up early and walking on the treadmill, but I was too tired. So I slept in. I ate an oatmeal and a large unsweet tea for breakfast. For lunch I had a six inch roasted chicken sub with spinach, lettuce, tomato, onion, black pepper, and chipoltle sauce on it. I drank a Diet Pepsi and instead of having chips I ate a bowl of low fat chili with deer meat. For lunch I ate a six inch seafood sub with a bag of baked sour cream Lays and a Diet Coked. I had a meeting tonight in Harrison and while I was there I ate 5 green olives, and a 1/4 cup of chex mix. Over all it was a good day. For exercise I walked the track at the park in Flippin, AR during my lunch break. I will try to get up early in the morning to exercise.
