1 month 2 weeks 2 days

     Today was a tough day. I think I am still tired from such a busy  weekend. I was unable to get up this morning because I was so tired. Tonight I was tired as well. I ended up staying a little later at church so by the time that I got home if I am going to go to bed earlier then I will be unable to workout. I will need to get up in the morning and do it early.
    Food wise it has been a good day. I had a bowl of oatmeal and a Large unsweet tea as well as a mini breakfast burrito for breakfast. For lunch I had a chicken Parmesan sandwich. I had a salad instead of fries and held the cheese off the salad since there would be some on the sandwich. In addition, instead of having a breaded and fried chicken breast I had them grill the chicken breast instead. I had a Diet Coke to drink. For dinner tonight we had a meal at the church. I has a spoonful of chicken and dumplings, a small serving of peas, a serving of green beans, s tablespoon of potatoes, and a serving of  spaghetti salad. I had a Diet Pepsi to drink. Tonight when I got home O had three almonds before bed.
    I will need to start the morning with exercise and get back on track now that I have started getting caught up on rest.
