For breakfast I ate a bowl of oatmeal. For lunch we went to the Chinese restaurant. I ordered off the menu. so I did good in the restaurant, but blew it later in the day. I ate before church and had some pasta made like spaghetti with meat sauce that had ground turkey and beef in it. Where I blew it was after church I split a six inch sub with my wife, had some potato salad, crab salad, and a spring roll. In addition this was after 6:00 PM.
I also did not work out today. So weigh in day will be interesting.
